James is the founder and CEO of Jones Food Company (JFC), the largest operating vertical farm in Europe. Prior to forming JFC, he gained a wealth of experience managing a large property portfolio and renewable energy assets. James designed, developed, successfully fund raised and project managed the facility construction of JFC's first farm in North Lincolnshire. James is dedicated to advancing the technological capabilities of JFC's system, whilst reducing operating costs. These advancements will enable vertical farming to become a mainstream agricultural practice. He hopes to have construction and fit out of the second farm complete by the end of this year It's easy.
